Welcome to my BetPro Exchange agent services. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of my services as a verified BetPro Exchange agent. By using my services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services Provided

I am a verified agent for BetPro Exchange. My services include:

  • Creating BetPro Exchange accounts for users

  • Processing deposits to BetPro Exchange accounts

  • Processing withdrawals from BetPro Exchange accounts

  • Providing customer support for account-related issues

2. Eligibility

To use my services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Be a resident of Pakistan

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

  • Not be prohibited by law from using betting services

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at my sole discretion.

3. Account Creation

When you request a BetPro Exchange account through me:

  • You must provide accurate and complete information

  • I will create your account within a reasonable timeframe

  • Your account credentials will be provided to you securely

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information

  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Deposits

Deposit services are provided subject to the following:

  • Deposits can be made via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer

  • Deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation of payment

  • Minimum deposit amount is PKR 500

  • I reserve the right to adjust deposit limits at any time

  • All deposits are final and non-refundable once credited to your BetPro account

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal services are provided subject to the following:

  • Withdrawal requests must be initiated through your BetPro account

  • You must provide accurate account details for receiving funds

  • Withdrawals are processed instantly upon verification

  • Minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000

  • I reserve the right to verify your identity before processing large withdrawals

  • Withdrawal fees may apply in certain circumstances

6. Fees

My service fees are as follows:

  • Account creation: Free

  • Deposits: No fee (except transaction fees charged by payment providers)

  • Withdrawals: No fee for standard withdrawals (fees may apply for certain payment methods)

I reserve the right to modify fees with prior notice.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use my services for any illegal purpose

  • Provide false or misleading information

  • Attempt to manipulate or abuse the BetPro Exchange platform

  • Use multiple accounts without authorization

  • Engage in money laundering or fraudulent activities

  • Share your account credentials with third parties

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • I am not liable for any losses incurred through your use of BetPro Exchange

  • I am not responsible for any technical issues on the BetPro Exchange platform

  • I am not liable for any delays caused by payment providers

  • My liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for my services

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold me harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of my services

  • Your violation of these terms

  • Your violation of any laws or third-party rights

10. Termination

I reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to my services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including:

  • Violation of these terms

  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

  • Request from BetPro Exchange or legal authorities

11. Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of my services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
