Refund Policy

1. Deposits Are Final

All deposits made to BetPro Exchange through my services are final and non-refundable once credited to your BetPro account. This includes:

  • Deposits made via EasyPaisa

  • Deposits made via JazzCash

  • Deposits made via bank transfer

Once funds are in your BetPro account, they become part of your betting balance and are subject to BetPro Exchange’s terms and conditions.

2. When Refunds May Be Issued

Refunds may be issued only in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally send the same deposit amount twice, I will refund the duplicate payment after verification.

  • Payment Error: If I made an error in crediting your account, I will correct the error by issuing a refund or adjusting your balance.

  • Technical Issues: If a technical issue prevented your deposit from being credited to your BetPro account, I will refund the amount or complete the deposit.

  • Account Creation Failure: If I am unable to create your BetPro account for any reason, I will refund your deposit in full.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must:

  1. Contact me via WhatsApp within 24 hours of the transaction

  2. Provide your transaction details including date, amount, and payment method

  3. Provide the transaction screenshot or reference number

  4. Explain the reason for the refund request

4. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original deposit

  • Refunds may take 1-3 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider

  • I will notify you once the refund has been processed

5. Withdrawal Errors

If there is an error with a withdrawal:

  • If I sent funds to the wrong account, I will attempt to recover the funds and correct the error

  • If you provided incorrect account details, I am not responsible for the loss of funds

  • Withdrawal reversals are not possible once funds have been transferred

6. No Refunds for Betting Losses

I do not provide refunds for:

  • Losses incurred from betting on BetPro Exchange

  • Charges resulting from declined payments

  • Fees charged by your bank or payment provider

  • Any amounts you choose to withdraw from your BetPro account

7. Disputes

If you have a dispute regarding a transaction:

  1. Contact me immediately via WhatsApp

  2. Provide all relevant transaction details

  3. I will investigate and respond within 24 hours

8. Changes to Refund Policy

I reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
